Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total is required to book. The rest is due 30 days before check in.

Refundable Damage Deposit

This amount will be refunded at check out. You can also fill out a credit card form instead of paying it in cash.

Cancellation Policy

From 60 or more natural days notice prior to check in, the guest will receive a Full Refund*

From 59 to 30 natural days notice prior to check in, the guest will receive a 50% Refund*

From 29 or less natural days notice prior to check in, the guest will not receive a Refund.

* Note: the guest will cover a $100 USD administrative cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.
The payment processing fee is non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

When applicable, any banking and/or processing fees will be deducted before refunding.

Notes

Storms and Hurricanes:

If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The State or Local Authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area". The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:

Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered
(e.g. guest is at the vacation home for 7 days and only uses 3 days, refund of 4 days applies);

Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted
(e.g. guest is schedule to arrive at the vacation home for 7 days but wants to arrive on the last 4 days, a refund of the 3 unused days applies)

Any advance rent collected or deposited for a reservation where the guest is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
(e.g. guest is schedule to arrive at the vacation home for 7 days but wants to cancel the reservation before arrival, a refund of 7 days applies)
