Adjacent the breakfast room with table and 6 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee with views over the pool area. The living room with large flatscreen TV (75´´) and comfortable seating for cozy hours. TROPICAL PARADIES has brand new laminate throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi and air-condition. Laundry room with Washer and dryer and a garage.

The master suite provides a spacious bedroom with king size bed, desk, dresser, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The brand-new bathroom offers sink, bathtub, shower and toilet and a very fancy Bluetooth speaker to connect your phone and listen to your favorite songs.

Bedroom 2 includes a queen-size bed, dresser, tv and closet. Bedroom 3 offers a bunk bed (Twin/Twin), dresser TV and a closet. Both share bathroom 2 with modern sink, tub/ shower combination and toilet.

At TROPICAL PARADISE it’s all about the outdoors, enjoy endless hours of sunshine (southern exposure), ice cold drinks at or in the pool, read a book on the sun chaises and spoil yourself with a yummy BBQ. Catch some shade in the covered lanai, forget about time and enjoy the moment.
The outside lounge offers seating for 6 also a barbecue grill for outdoor eating pleasures. SW Florida’s evenings hours are usually mild and warm as well. Enjoy the outdoors at all times protected by the screened cage around the outdoor pool deck. The pool can be heated electronically.

We will be checking you into your home personally, but we will also be there for you prior, during and after your stay for any questions that might arise. Upon request your fridge can be filled with your favorite food to enjoy at your arrival.
