Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and features comfortable beds with plush linens, ensuring a great nights sleep. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanities and amazing shower with multiple jets for a full-body experience! The second bedroom also has a comfortable King size bed and access to a full-sized bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third and fourth bedrooms each have full-over-queen bunk beds, with access to a full-sized bathroom, and direct access to the patio and beautiful lake views! There is a mini-split AC unit in every bedroom and living room. There is no Central AC. There are also fans throughout the home, both ceiling fans and available free-standing fans if guests need additional airflow. Complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

As you step into the spacious living area, youll be greeted by comfortable seating and modern decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The large windows provide plenty of natural light and breathtaking views of the lake.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats up to six people comfortably. Step outside onto the patio and enjoy your meals al fresco while taking in the stunning sunset views over the lake!
Enjoy the fully functional wet-bar area with ample cocktail seating, wine/beer fridge, and cool decor! Centipede stand-up video game provided for guest use, though the slot machines are for decor purposes only.

The outdoor space is simply amazing, with a covered patio, and comfortable seating, featuring misters to cool down on those hot summer days! With no obstructions in sight, the patio has a direct view of the beautiful sunsets over the lake. Spend your days lounging by the water, fishing, or exploring Lake Havasus many attractions.

After a long day at the lake, fire up the flavors and unleash your inner grill master! Our home also boasts a complimentary propane BBQ grill, allowing you to enjoy grilling at its finest. Gas up your appetite, let the good times sizzle, and embark on your culinary adventures. Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So dont worry, weve got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and well happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!

Check out the community center for even more fun! The community center is located across London Bridge St. Its only ONE street over. London Bridge and Sea Angler are the cross streets. Community Center and pool hours are: 7am - 10pm. Enjoy the sun by splashing at the pool or soaking in the jacuzzi. Get competitive with your friends and family with a game of pool or ping-pong or take a swing on the tennis and pickleball courts!

The yard consists of desert landscaping, pavers and/or concrete. We are located in a desert environment and it is common to encounter critters. Therefore, we do recommend that you wear shoes inside and out.

We’ve included carefully considered amenities throughout the property, including a starter kit with toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi.

Guests can self-check-in with the keypad.

Guests may park in the driveway, with space for three vehicles. There is a gravel area across the street where guests may park a boat and/or trailer. We recommend guests with boats reserve a boat slip in the Havasu Marina so launching daily isnt required.
