Located just off I-95 Exit 98, the property is located in the quiet Bluffs section of Lake Marion and is perfectly situated to enjoy the sunrise. Starbucks, grocery stores, gas stations, a pharmacy, and restaurants are a short 1-3 miles away. Marina and boat rentals nearby, as well.

Enter from Green St into the multipurpose entry room, which leads to an inviting great room with an expansive lake view. 4 cozy bedrooms feature king-sized beds to sleep up to 8 max. The upper outdoor terrace features a pool & spa and offers outdoor grill & dining and tons of seating. The lower terrace features a lakeside fire pit area and direct lake/dock access.

It is a single family home with no steps to get in the front door. It is 2 steps down to the patio deck and pool. The home is a 1950s ranch with narrow doors and not wheelchair friendly.
