✪ LOCALS MUST COMMUNICATE WITH US BEFORE BOOKING ✪ ✪ If you plan to book for longer than 27 days, you must reach out to discuss your travel plans prior to booking. ✪ If any rules change during a guest's stay, guest agrees to abide by rule changes. ✪ The cleaning fee for reservations under 14 days is $100. For reservations between 14-27 days it is $125. For reservations longer than 27 days, the cleaning fee is $150. ✪ Prior to check-in to the property, check your email and complete the rental agreement form. ✪ Prior to check-in to the property, provide host with photo of Government ID via platform message, text, or email. ✪ Due to COVID-19, wear face masks at all times in the public areas of the apartment building. ✪ Pullout cot is available upon request. ✪ Minors must be attended by an adult at all times. ✪ No smoking. No Pets. No parties. ✪ Self Check-in with smart lock ✪ Do not disrespect neighbors ✪ Unless early arrival arrangements have been made with the host, we are unable to accommodate arrival prior to 4 PM. Additional fees will be assigned to any guests arriving prior to 4 PM ✪ Arrival shall not be later than 10 PM without prior written consent ✪ Limit coming and going from the apartment after 10 PM, so as not to disturb other residents ✪ Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am every day ✪ No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 PM. After 10 PM, keep TV volume at 25 or lower ✪ Please follow check-in and check-out/departure instructions. ✪ Wash all dishes used before leaving the property ✪ Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink ✪ Do not remove makeup with towels in the unit ✪ Do not dye hair in bathroom sink or tub ✪ Do not burn candles, incense, or other open flames ✪ For the security of our guests and their possessions, the deadbolt on the front door is set to automatically lock at any time the door closes ✪ No smoking, vaping, use of marijuana, illegal substances, use of recreational drugs at any time anywhere on property ✪ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, gatherings, hangouts, business events, business meetings, client meetings, customer events, and the like ✪ For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, only people listed in the reservation may enter the unit. Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation. Having more people in the unit than listed in the reservation at any time during your stay will result in fees and could possibly result in the cancellation of the rest of your stay without refund. ✪ The person who books the reservation must be the person staying for the duration of the reservation. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party unless expressly approved by us in writing. All communication regarding your reservation will only be made to the contact information associated with the profile that confirmed the reservation. ✪ Unapproved third-party reservations are subject to cancellation without refund. ✪ No mail services are available. We suggest that guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store. All packages and mail will be refused. ✪ Park only in your assigned spot. Parking anywhere other than your assigned spot (even an unnumbered spot) will subject your vehicle to being towed at your expense. ✪ If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. ✪ We are not responsible or liable for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. ✪ We cannot be responsible for items left behind. ✪ There cannot be more than 5 persons in or on the property at any one time. All occupants of the property must be listed on the reservation. Violation of this could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund. ✪ Do not touch the surveillance or recording devices on property. For your safety, security and quiet enjoyment, Vivint Home Security records activity at all entrances and front doors to the property. ✪ This is a self-check-in property. By booking this property, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions you are being provided through Airbnb through the check-in guide. You also agree that you will not contact your Airbnb host before reading your house manual. ✪ By booking this reservation, Guest agrees that if any activity associated with this reservation results in loss of income from changes or cancellations to upcoming reservations, the guest will reimburse host the lost income. ✪ If Guest's travel plans change and either late check-in or early check-out happens, refunds will not be approved. You may cancel or change your reservation through Airbnb according to our cancellation policy. ✪ If Guest has a complaint about the property, Guest is authorizing us to enter the property and mitigate the problem. If no problems are brought to our attention within an hour after check in, the space is determined suitable for the entire stay. ✪ Any reservation that is terminated due to any house rule being broken is not eligible for any refund. FEES ➤ FEES: Smoking of any kind anywhere on premises will result in a $250 per day of reservation charge ➤ FEES: Leaving used dishes unwashed will result in a $50 additional cleaning charge ➤ FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $100 charge ➤ FEES: Unapproved late checkout out fees: every 30 min after 11 AM is an additional $75 ➤ FEES: Unauthorized early arrival is an additional $30 for every 15 minutes before 4 PM ➤ FEES: Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices will result in a $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund. ➤ FEES: No visitors. All persons entering the apartment must be listed on the reservation. Any visitors not already included on the reservation will be added to the guest list and result in an additional $50 per person per night for your reservation. ➤FEES: An Additional $50 Handling Charge will be added on top of shipping costs for any items left behind that you request to pick up or be sent. Fees will be paid for in full by you before any arrangements can be made. Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 5 days after your scheduled departure. ✦✦FEES, if incurred during the reservation, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund.✦✦ We welcome all guests regardless of sex, race, age, disability, color, creed, national origin, religion, or genetic information.
