For this reason, we have compiled a few pointers that we would politely ask guests to note before their arrival and practice throughout their stay:

PLACIFY operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for any rules breached. Following our first/last reminder, PLACIFY will take legal action for an immediate security eviction, forfeit of security deposit and impose a £200 security/police callout surcharge
