Child friendly, modern, beautiful resort SWISSPEAK Resorts Zinal, built in 2018. 6 houses in the resort. 93 apartments in the residence. In the centre of Zinal, in a quiet position, 300 m from the skiing area, 30 m from the river. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, WiFi, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra), public parking 300 m. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 50 m, bakery 200 m, bus stop Zinal Centre 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, tennis 8 km, minigolf 650 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane, cable car, skisport facilities, ski rental 300 m, ski school, childrens ski school 300 m, sled run 150 m, cross country ski track 150 m, ice rink 50 m. Nearby attractions: Indoor Park Grimentz 8 km, Moulin de St-Luc 12 km, Barrage de Moiry 17 km, Observatoire François-Xavier Bagnoud 18 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grimentz-Zinal 300 m, St-Luc 14 km, Crans-Montana 40 km. Hiking paths: Zinal 100 m, Grimentz 8 km, Vallon de Réchy 20 km. Please note: suitable for families. Groups of teenagers on request only. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The photo is just an example. The residence has a limited number of garage and outdoor parking spaces. The garage spaces are not monitored and have no gate. Additional public parking is available within walking distance of the resort.

You must vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise mentioned in your travel documents.

For bookings within 14 days prior to arrival only credit cards are accepted.
A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.

B) 42 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
C) 28 to 2 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental
D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
