The full kitchen is designed for culinary enthusiasts, while the game room provides a perfect space for recreation and leisure. Game-room is equipped with a full size Murphy bed, adds a versatile space for entertainment and additional guests. A conveniently located half bath adds to the homes functionality on the second level.

The third level has 3 bedrooms with 2 equipped with king beds and each have their own restrooms. There is a twin bed in between the rooms, please note that you have to go through one of the rooms to access the twin bedroom. The highlight of the upper level is the amazing panoramic views, which can be enjoyed from a beautiful pergola facing the bay, creating an idyllic setting for enjoying the serene coastal scenery.

Within the community is a private boat launch, a community swimming pool and a private fishing pier. Additional Sea Isle amenities include a bait shop, tennis and basketball courts and the famous Sand Bar for food and drinks. Please note that a separate fee is required to access the community swimming pool (which, thanks to our private pool, you wont need!).
