We are on the southeastern shore of Knife Lake, 10 miles from Mora and 20 miles from Isle.

Getting around

We are located on a dead end road with easy access to Cty Road 19 and Hwy 65. There are two public boat launches on the lake, one off Hwy 65 on the north end and one off Cty Rd 19 on the south end.

A unique lock code will be provided the day before check-in, after receipt of signed rental agreement, full payment, and copies of IDs.

House Rules

STRICTLY NO: pets, parties, smoking or vaping in the home, fireworks, tents, RVs, icehouses, or campers.
Park in the driveway ONLY.
The property is serviced by a deep well and septic system. Do not flush anything but toilet paper and keep drains clear of food debris and hair.

Payment Policy

50% deposit will be required at time of booking. The remaining 50% will be required 30days prior to check in date. If your booking window is within 30days, full payment will be required at time of reservation.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of an accepted booking will be fully refunded, with the exception of a 5% cancellation fee for credit card surcharges.

Refund timelines are as follows:
30 days or more: full refund, less a 10% fee
29-14 days: 50% refund
less than 14 days: no refund

Notes

The following penalties will apply for damage to the property or breaking of house rules in addition to immediate cancellation of the reservation:
Smoking or vaping in the home: $400
Checkout past approved time: $30/every 30 min
Guests exceeding approved reservation: $100/guest per day
Pets on the property: $300/pet per day
