The third-floor apartment has a large sea-view balcony where you can unwind both in summer and winter, thanks to its glass curtains. Inside, its chic, modern interiors are fully equipped for a carefree self-catering stay. The living room directly gives out onto the balcony and features a big comfy sofa, a flat-screen SAT-TV, and a practical kitchen-dining area to prepare homemade meals. Location

The holiday apartment enjoys an excellent location to enjoy the beaches and cosy cafes and bars of Kvarner Bay. The Crikvenika beach is just a 4-minute walk away, meanwhile, the award-winning Podvorska Beach with the dog-friendly Monty Beach Bar is a 12-minute walk from here. The seaside town is also a renowned health resort and it has a couple of nice spots to explore like the charming harbouring, the romantic old town and the town museum. Moreover, due to Crikvenica Bay’s mild climate, you can enjoy swimming in the sea for a longer period than usual; from May to late October!

From the rental’s location, you can easily reach the sunniest island in Kvarner Bay called Krk in a 25-minute drive, as well as Selce, another popular seaside resort on the riviera. And if you want to explore something unique, then the Kotor Village (an open-air museum) and the Love Path (a hiking area in nature) are both just a 10-minute drive away. The closest international airport is in Rijeka, approximately a 30-minutes drive away. A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
