Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods:
• We accept payments through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
2. Reservation Deposit:
• A 20% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the total rental cost.
3. Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 50% refund.
4. Payment Schedule:
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the check-in date. Failure to pay by this date may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
5. Security Deposit:
• A $200 security deposit is required, refundable within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
6. Additional Fees:
• A $50 cleaning fee will be applied to each reservation. Local taxes of 12% are also applicable.
7. Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be issued in cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, property damage, etc.) that prevent the guest from staying, with documentation.
