On the third floor (with a lift) of smart new development, this sunny apartment is furnished to an extremely high standard and sleeps 6 people. The living room is flooded with sunlight thanks to a huge window which looks out over the River Arve to the forest. There is a glass door that leads directly onto the private balcony where guests can sit and relax with a cup of coffee.

Back indoors, the sitting room has a luxurious sofa and a flatscreen TV. The open plan kitchen is well equipped and has a full cooker with an induction hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, raclette and coffee machine. Meals can be eaten at the high wooden table with stylish stools.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom leads off the living area. It has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has a bunk bed and a large window looking out onto the balcony.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into another double bed.

Location
The apartment is in a green, quiet location south of the centre of Chamonix. The town centre is an easy 30-minute walk away along the River Arve.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking within easy reach of the apartment, plus white water rafting, golf, and rock climbing at Les Gaillands Rock Climbing centre (10 minute walk), paragliding and horse riding. Children and adults alike will enjoy the forest zip-lining at Parc Aventure Accro (6 minute walk).

In the winter months, the free shuttle bus services for the ski lifts at Les Houches, Argentière and Chamonix are all close by. Here you can enjoy some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the Alps.

Geneva airport is a 1 hour and 10-minute drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Chamonix, Les Houches, and Argentière.
