A pool and spa company services our hot tub weekly. You are using the hot tub at your own risk. Please observe all posted hot tub rules.

Do not set the AC below 68, this will risk freezing the coils and damaging the unit.

Extra charges:
If a guest leaves the property excessively dirty, a penalty of $300 will be assessed. This fee will be in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning fee the guest is already paying.

Any linens/towels that are stained or damaged beyond repair will be charged a replacement fee. We provide dark towels and make up wipes for your use.

Washcloth/hand towel replacement $25

Smoking or disposing of cigarette butts inside the property will carry a penalty of $1,000.
