This separate apartment in silent place in Vuokatti was completed in 2013. Living area 135m². The detached house, recently furnished with new furniture, has everything even a large group needs for a relaxing holiday: a spacious, unified living room and kitchen, a sauna (always ready electric heater), a large washroom with two showers and a whirlpool tub, and in addition to the four bedrooms, there are two sleeping areas separated by curtains in the upper hall. The cottage has two terraces: a refreshing terrace next to the dressing room and a larger terrace next to the living room, where you can find a dining group and a gas grill.
In addition to modern and high-quality appliances, the well-equipped and spacious kitchen has a wide range of dishes and a large dining table that can be expanded for up to 14 diners if necessary. A bright living room with a fireplace, a 58 smart TV and bluetooth soundbar, and a view of nature from the large windows invite you to spend relaxing quality time together!
The surface area of 135 m² on two floors and numerous sleeping places guarantee that a group of people can comfortably stay overnight, there is also room to retreat to your own peace. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with double beds (2x80cm), and in the second there is an additional 140 cm sofa bed. In the lobby space on the upper floor, it is possible to calm down two sleeping areas with curtains, one of which has a 140cm divan bed and the other a double bed (2x80cm). There is a separate toilet both upstairs and downstairs.
Additional information: Crockery for up to 14 people, ample kitchen equipment, two refrigerators (one in the dressing room, for sauna drinks), universal machine, beater, blender, double Moccamaster, toaster. Mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, air heat pump. Internet connection (wireless, speed max 100 Mb). Gas grill (in summer). Carport in the yard, heating plugs for 4 cars.
Childrens equipment: travel bed (x2, incl. mattresses, blankets and pillows), high chair, potty and baby gates upstairs and downstairs. Internet connection (wireless, speed max 21 Mbit/s, range 0,4-10 Mbit/s).
Kajaani 30 km, Sotkamo 9 km, Hiukka beach 9 km (in Sotkamo), Vuokatti ski slope 3.4 km, cross country track 50 m. Holiday Club Katinkulta spa 5.8 km.
Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay.

A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.
