Most tourists arrive in Palm Jumeirah by taxi, car, or by water with yacht or speedboat. There is a monorail that runs the entire trunk of Palm Jumeirah up to the entrance to the Atlantis The Palm and Aquaventure Waterpark.

• If you hire employees who don’t live with you and come for a certain number of hours, we have to give them a pass before they arrive at the villa.

• We are registering guests from 10 am to 5:30 pm. In case of an emergency – please, contact our manager.
• Please respect the neighbors and avoid making loud noise after 11:00 pm. The villa rule is no parties, no DJ, and noise disturbances for neighbours.
• Please adhere to the community rules, such as no drinking alcohol at the beach, and no naked swimming on the beach and pool.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash bin. In case of furniture damage, compensation will be deducted from the deposit.
• Please dispose of garbage in the designated area. Do not leave garbage bags at the entrance door.
• Please note the cook charges are 500 aed (only service, foods are not included in the price)
• No smoking

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
