Minimum Age
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

No Third Party Reservations
The person making the reservation must be present for the entire stay

No Events, Parties or Commercial Photography
$1000 Noise charge will be taken if a noise complaint arises from your reservation or due to unauthorized guests, big gatherings or blocking of the outdoor cameras. Reservation will be cancelled and guest will have to vacate the property immediately.

Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

No Pets Allowed
Due to serious family allergies, PLEASE no pets are allowed. Sneaking a pet in is a serious violation of the house rules and will result in a $1000 deep cleaning fee and you may be asked to leave if you do not board the animal. Cancellation of the remainder of your stay will result.

No Smoking or Vaping Allowed
Due to serious family allergies, PLEASE no smoking or vaping. Violation will result in a deep cleaning fee.

Security Cameras
We have 3 Security Cameras. They are all outside. There is one on the end of the deck to try to catch wildlife that frequents the property. There is one by the front door and there is one near the storage shed in the back. They are there for security and tampering with the cameras in anyway is a serious violation and will result in immediately being asked to leave.

Service Animal
Please be aware that misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. Service animals must be crated when left alone in a home. Home Owner is highly allergic, PLEASE keep service animals off furniture and beds unless a necessity of their service.

Gravel Road
As with many of the mountain roads in New England, Cape Moonshine, Atwell Hill Road and our Driveway are all gravel roads. They are well maintained but depending on traffic and weather conditions can get rough in spots. Many of our visitors have normal 2WD vehicles and experience no problems but some prefer to have a higher clearance vehicle and/or 4WD.

Please check the house carefully. Contact me within 24 hours of your arrival if you find anything you feel should be brought to my attention.

Report any accidents or damage you may have caused, prior to departure.
