Beautiful and stylishly remodeled condo just steps from Hilton Heads main beach. Enjoy ocean views from the porch while in walking distance to Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment. This cozy condo has been completely refreshed and everything new for 2021. The villa comes with bikes, beach chairs and a full kitchen, everything you need for a beach vacation. We have direct beach access on the property and just a short walk to Hilton Heads new Celebration Park

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued. Lot can fill up, don't block anyone in.

My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach!

Getting around

Biking is the main transport on Hilton Head. There are miles of trails and you can ride on the beach. Two bikes are provided for you and there are several rental companies in walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants, shops and even grocery stores a short walk away, so you really don't need a car unless you want to explore other parts of our island. Uber and Lyft are available.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the right, use either of the 2 gates on the right to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay. Check in time is after 4pm, we will message you if the condo is ready early, please do not arrive without hearing from us. If you get there before you hear from us, you may park and head to the beach and pool. To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it. Let me know if you need anything and have a great vacation!

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
