More information by the provider: Welcome to the Schwendihaus Apartment with stunning panoramic views from in the sunny mountain village of Amden, 1000 meters (3280 feet) above sea level. Whether youve come to go hiking, enjoy a family vacation in summer, or skiing and snowshoeing in winter, this apartment offers the base for any vacation in the mountains. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family hostel. The location on the edge of the village is perfect: shopping, the Mattstock chairlift to various hiking trails and ski slopes, the towns indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna and various restaurants and the café with bakery can all be reached by foot in 10 minutes or less. The apartment is also just a few yards from the Amden - Vorderdorf bus stop. The bus runs directly to the Amden-Arvenbüel family ski area and just a few minutes away from the crystal clear Walensee and the Ziegelbrücke rail station. Free parking is available on-site. Amden and Weesen are among the most beautiful vacation destinations in Switzerland. The Alps, the lake and major Swiss cities are all close by and can be reached quickly, even though you are in the mountains surrounded by beautiful landscapes. In summer, the region around the sparkling Walensee offers a wealth of natural wonders! Some well-known examples include the high Seerenbach waterfalls in Betlis and the car-free wine village of Quinten, which can only be reached on foot or by boat via the Walensee. The regions countless hiking trails of varying difficulties are especially popular with hikers. If youre looking for a change of pace, the cities of Rapperswil on Lake Zurich, Chur, Lucerne and Zurich can all be reached in under an hours drive. In winter, Amden is known as a family-friendly ski area with a ski school. The many easy slopes and reasonable prices make skiing with children a pleasure. Snowshoe tours and winter hikes through sunny alpine landscapes with unparalleled views are especially relaxing ways to spend a vacation. The Flumserberg, Pizol, Braunwald and Elm ski areas are also not far. A down payment of 20% of the total rental cost of the reserved rental property is payable within 5 days of the booking date. The remaining balance must be paid to Interhome no later than 28 days before the start of the rental period. If you book your holiday house or apartment less then 43 days prior to your arrival date, you will have to pay the total rental cost immediately.

Refundable Damage Deposit
The key holder is entitled to ask for a deposit. You will find the deposit amount in the cost overview on the object detail page of the holiday house or the apartment as well as on your booking confirmation.
The deposit can be paid by credit card or cash (as mentioned on your booking confirmation). It is necessary to pay the deposit otherwise you will not receive your key. Please note that at some locations the only option is cash payment.
What happens to my breakage deposit?
The deposit is a security retainer and will be refunded upon proper return of the rental property. The deposit will either be refunded to your bank account or received directly from the keyholder if you paid in cash. For a refund of the deposit to your bank account, always leave your IBAN- and BIC-code with the keyholder.

D) 1 day before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
