Inside, the 2nd floor retreat benefits from free WiFi access and a welcoming open plan layout, with a living space with single sofa bed featuring alongside a wall-mounted TV, a modern kitchen diner and private balcony access, complete with alfresco dining set with idyllic views. A restful master double bedroom provides an ambient haven for couples. The modern fitted family bathroom also provides extra convenience whilst away. A washing machine is also provided, whilst ski storage and 2 allocated parking spaces feature on-site.
Outside, the 2-storey residence is situated within walking distance of the Le Prarion cable car and 3-5 minutes’ drive from the Bellevue cable car and resort centre of Les Houches.

The train station, horse riding centre, child-friendly activities, tennis club and ski school and are all within a short drive away.
Just 14 minutes’ drive away, Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night.
