A stunning 2nd-floor apartment with uninterrupted mountain views, and just 230m from the ski lifts, this is the perfect alpine getaway for friends or family, any time of year.
This contemporary apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people. The spacious living area, with its pine ceiling and modern stone finishing, has a chic sofa and a Smart TV as well as a large window and glass door which lead out onto a balcony, with wonderful views across the forest and mountains. The open-plan kitchen and dining room, adjacent to the living area make the whole space ideal for relaxing and hanging out with friends after a day skiing or hiking. The balcony has a small table where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee or an aperitif. For dining, there is a large wooden table that seats 6, next to the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, for stress-free self-catering.

Bedroom 1: The bright master bedroom has a double bed and large windows looking out over the forest. The beauty of nature comes right into the room.
Bedroom 2: A cool twin room, decorated in a contemporary mountain style, with a bunk bed.
Extra: The sofa in the living area converts into a double bed.

This brand new bathroom, with classic stone tiling, has a glass shower, basin and W.C.

Location
The apartment is in a quiet area, but very close to the centre of the village of Argentière, close to nature, on the edge of the forest and the river, just a 230m walk from Les Grands Montets cable car, ski slopes and shuttle buses. It is also near to the amenities of Argentière, with shops and restaurants all on the doorstep.
The slopes around Argentière are suitable for intermediate and experienced skiers. Some higher slopes offer skiing later in the season, sometimes right up to early May. For younger skiers, the Panda Club offers ski lessons and other activities. The village is home to some excellent restaurants and bars to suit all budgets.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep. During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. For something more relaxing, there is the renowned QC Termes spa in Chamonix (12 mins drive).
Geneva airport is a 1-hour 25-minute drive from the apartment. There are free shuttle services between Argentière and Chamonix, either by bus (22 mins) or by train (18mins), on the Mont Blanc Express. A damage deposit of 1000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
