With its tranquil natural setting, this inviting studio offers a fantastic holiday base for those looking to enjoy a year-round holiday. Inside, the 2nd floor retreat features a scenic open-plan living space with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, a charming kitchenette with dining table and an extra set of child-friendly bunk beds. The inviting space also leads out onto a sunny balcony with alfresco dining set, perfect for savouring a summertime feast. Completing the internal layout is a charming full shower room. For wintertime breaks, a ski locker is located in the basement of the building.

Outside, the holiday residence features a heated outdoor pool (open 1st July – 31st August). For those bringing a car, resident parking is available. Free overflow parking is also available just over the road (under 20 metres away). With central Argentière only a 3 minutes’ drive/ 10 minute’s stroll away and Chamonix 14 minutes’ drive away, guests are well-placed for enjoying a fun and well-rounded ski break.

The chalet residence enjoys a peaceful natural setting along ‘Chemin sous les Mollards’. The restaurants, cafés, winter sport facilities and resort amenities of central Argentière are only a 10-minute stroll/ 3-minute drive away. The Les Grands Montets Ski lift is only 260 meters on foot, whilst the fashionable resort of Chamonix is 10 minutes’ drive away.

Ideal for both winter sports and summertime stays, the breath-taking scenery and fantastic range of outdoor leisure pursuits make this an inviting year-round destination. Top local activities include mountain walking, skiing, snowboarding sky diving, luxury spa treatments, horse riding, rock climbing, golf and extreme outdoor sports.
