Late Checkout - Please seek permission from the host during your stay. Unapproved late checkout may be subject to $50/hour in compliance with our partner cleaning company. No Parties or Gatherings - Violation of this rule may result in termination of stay without refund and a minimum $500 fine.  A gathering is defined as 4 or more unapproved guests at the property.  No Visitors - We do not allow any unapproved visitors during your stay.  Violation of this rule will result in a fee of $50/visitor per day. No Smoking - Smoking in the unit will result to an odor removal fee of $500 to help cover the cost of odor removal and/or steam cleaning. No Tampering of Safety Devices - Our property is equipped with smoke detectors, indoor smoking detector and sound alarms. Indoor smoking detectors will detect all tobacco and marijuana use. Sound detectors will set off alarm at high decibels, but it is not a recorder to invade privacy. Any tampering or removal of such devices results in $500 fine. Parking - Please park at your own risk. The homeowners nor the managing team shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage to any vehicle. Overly stained towels/linens - Please refrain from using the white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately, if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fine for nonremovable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.
