Main guest who rents property must be full-time guest on property.

Any more than the maximum occupancy of 6 ppl sleeping at the property will be subject to cancellation of booking/stay with no refund.

House Rules

Please keep noise levels at a minimum, park cars only in the driveway/garage. No smoking inside the unit or out in front of the entrances to the unit. Cleaning supplies are provided for sanitizing and clean up after cooking.

There are no pets allowed on the Premises other than certified service animals and support animals. Support animals will be charged a $40 per night fee. If the Guest(s) is/are found to have pets or service/support animals on the Premises without prior authorization, a $250 pet fee will be enforced along with the $200 damage deposit should any damage occur during the stay.No smokingNo petsNo parties or events. Payment Policy

50% due at time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of 25% of total booking is due before check-in and will be refunded between 1-8 business days if no damage has occurred.

Cancellation Policy

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. 0% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled less than 14 days before arrival.

Rental agreement is required to be reviewed and signed, along with photo ID. Monthly cleaning required.
