Relax House is a spacious private pool home located in North Palm Springs, just minutes away from the downtown area. With close proximity to San Jacinto & the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and one mile to the Palm Springs village center. Its the perfect location to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Palm Springs has to offer including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars, and clubs.

With your own pool and hot tub, hammock, and outdoor patio, you have everything you need to chill out and enjoy the Palm Springs lifestyle: simple elegance and complete comfort.

POOL:
Theres no better place to spend your time relaxing than in the sparkling backyard pool and jacuzzi. Whether youre getting your tan on in the day or going skinny dipping at night, the private pool is a centerpiece of Relax House. With lounge chairs, a gas BBQ grill, a sectional couch for lounging, and an outdoor dining table, youll have everything you need to soak up the desert sunshine.

BOOKING POLICIES
1. Pets are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per stay.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. A security deposit of $100 is required for all bookings, collected separately by the property host.

LOCAL REGULATIONS
1. Booker must be 25 years or older.
2. Noise should not be audible beyond the property line.
3. ID collection and a separate rental agreement is required.

OPTIONAL UPGRADES
1. Pool heating is optional ($100/night add-on)

Please note: some guests have noted the homes location near the airport to be a bit noisier than they would have liked. Most guests have not found it to be an issue but this may be something to consider as youre booking your vacation.
