“I expect guests to behave like grown-ups: Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise down especially after 9:00 pm. No parties are allowed and is subject to immediate removal and forfeiture of any and all payments. You cannot operate any business out of the home, including staging of materials, holding materials, business traffic etc. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises. No candles or open flame is allowed anywhere on premises. No Commercial Photography or Filming. Please contact the host directly prior to any marketing release. Personal filming and photography is welcome and encouraged. Any issues found with the property need to be noted within 24 hours of check-in, for any expected remediation to occur. If any maintenance is required during your stay, you must contact the host before contacting Airbnb If you have a complaint(s) about any aspect of the property, including but not limited to amenities, structure, and cleanliness, upon addressing this complaint to us (your hosts) or Airbnb you are authorizing us to enter the property and solve the problem up to the suitable standards. We may access the property without your prior permission to address any issues or concerns promptly. Our priority is to ensure your comfort and resolve any problems that may arise during your stay. These house rules are to be shared with every person in your party. By entering into this reservation agreement, every person in your party acknowledges and accepts the house rules in their entirety. No date change alteration request will be accepted within the cancellation period of the reservation. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property who is not a verified Airbnb user and is not declared on the reservation. We request that you provide the names of all guests who will be staying on the property before booking. For safety and liability reasons only, registered guests are allowed inside the property, as unregistered guests are a violation of Airbnb terms of service. Additional visitors are not allowed between 10 pm and 8 am. Any unauthorized visitor not leaving the premises after 10:00 pm will incur a fee of $100 per day as a penalty. Failure to comply could result in immediate termination of your reservation and stay based on the hosts’ discretion. Each additional unauthorized guest (visitor) will accrue a $100 fine and will be considered trespassing. Host reserves the right to do a guest count spot check at any time during the reservation. The total number of guests must not exceed the occupancy amount stated in the listing description for this property. Please make sure to state the exact number of guests when booking. We may not accommodate more than the max occupancy. We reserve the right to turn down any guests both registered and otherwise. If a security company is deployed to the listing because of a party or for breaking any other house rules, the guest will be immediately ejected and required to pay a $575 security deployment reimbursement fee. This $575 will be automatically added to the reservation if a security company is deployed to the listing. Our exterior (outside only) camera(s) surveillance system is actively recording for everyone's security. It is actively recording AUDIO and VIDEO. To tamper, block, disable or obscure the exterior surveillance camera(s) is prohibited and will result in the termination of your reservation without any entitlement to a refund. Camera(s) is motion-activated and/or actively recording. The passive surveillance footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons, safety, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the internal, shared areas of the property. Public notice* most hotels and lodging establishments also have similar surveillance in public areas, ours are only outside the dwelling. Please ensure that your pets are crated or kenneled when left alone. Pets must be disclosed at the time of booking and paid for prior to arrival. Failure to disclose pets on the property will result in an extra $100 fine. We have a maximum limit of 2 pets per reservation. We kindly request that pets do not access the bedding. Please pick up any waste left by your pet in the outside living and walking areas. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets before vacating the premises. Any pet-related damage or messes will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250. Please note that we do not assume any liability for pet-related injuries or incidents, including harm caused to you or others. Guests must be willing and able to control their dog's barking, chewing, digging, and biting in order to be welcomed to the property. We reserve the right to require a certificate of vaccination for all animals, service, EMS or other. Additionally, we do not assume any liability for any harm caused to pets on our property, such as escape, injuries from property, moving vehicles, choking, or any other incidents. Occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. If you are consuming alcoholic beverages, provided, gifted, or purchased, you must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years old by law. The host does not assume any responsibility or liability for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have, cause or experience. We are not responsible for any leftover personal or consumable items left near or at the dwelling. We are not responsible for theft, misuse, or misplacement of any items both personal, exotic, technological or consumable, left in your vehicle, dwelling or other during or after your reservation. We are happy to mail back any belongings found at your expense.
