1. Park in the driveway. Try to avoid parking on the street. 2. No shoes inside the home. Kindly keep your shoes in the shoe and coat closet provided next to the front door. 3. No smoking of any kind inside the Airbnb. If smoke residue or smell is found inside the home that requires additional cleaning, the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee. 3. No drug use of any kind on the property, both inside and outside. If guests are found to be using drugs on the property, authorities will be called, and the guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately. 4. No parties or events. 5. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. 6. Quiet time after 11 p.m. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 9. Please use the swimming pool safely, all children should be monitored at all times outside. 10. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Please provide bedding for your pets. Clean up after pets. 11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows. The door will lock automatically. 12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. 13. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
