The holiday retreat is divided into two floors and comprises two living rooms, four bedrooms with en-suite facilities and two open kitchens. There is a fenced yard around the house that encloses the building, a swimming pool with sunbeds and sun chairs, and a private garden. There are many ways in which guests can enjoy their stay at this house, such as bowling or hitting the dartboard or lounging in the open, or dining on the covered terrace.

The ground floor living room is generous in size and is furnished with sofas, an 8-seater dining table and an open kitchen. The kitchen has a modern finish and is packed with necessary appliances like a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, cooker hob, electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer.

The second living room has a seating area and a dining area. The second kitchen is also well-equipped for easy meal preparations.

The holiday villa is located in a peaceful location within Krka National Park region in Brištane, near the island of Visovac. All the necessary amenities like restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within 500 meters of the house. Those who love spending the day out on the beach should take a trip to the beautiful sea beaches in the Šibenik region which is about 30-40 minutes’ drive from the villa. Otherwise, guests can also take a stroll on the walking paths near the Krka river and have fun at its beaches.

Guests should also take the opportunity to taste authentic Dalmatian produce, especially the famous prosciutto. Nature lovers can explore the various hiking and biking trails that pass through vineyards and olive groves. The Roški waterfall is another famous tourist spot. The city of Šibenik is perfect for enjoying a day trip. Its historical and cultural significance is monumental.
