This hill side holiday home with pool is located in the very heart of Istria, only 45 min driving for the first beach. It is built on a cascading terrain and is surrounded by fragrant pine trees.

Modern and lovingly decorated interiors provide a comfortable stay for 8 people, while refreshments can be found in the beautiful outdoor pool or on the covered terrace with an astonishing view of the sou rounding hills. In only 30 min driving, You can reach the forest park Učka and enjoy the hiking on the mountain air, or just visit Pazin (10 km), one of the oldest town with a renovated castle transformed into a historical museum. The area is suitable for biking or running on secondary road where you can konw the locals and experience the life.

The most beautiful sea towns as Rovinj known for his romantic atmosphere and Poreč well known for the night life are less than 50 km away (aprox 45 min drive). If You decide to visit the islands in the Kvarner bay, there is a ferry that takes from Brestova, and is aprox 35 min of driving (refer to local ferry rates). So You can visit Cres and than Krk that is connected with land trough a bridge. The very friendly homeowner will introduce you to all You need to know and in some pearls to visit.
