Located just a few steps from the beautiful waters of the Adriatic, this 3-bedroom, air-conditioned villa is perfect for families. The modern villa is set in a delightfully peaceful location with large doses of sunshine and offers everything you would need to enjoy the ultimate holiday experience. Outside, it features a private pool, garden, sun loungers, a summer kitchen as well as open-air dining to relax at leisure. Inside, the villa is split into two levels and features an open-plan living with amenities like PlayStation and an SAT-TV. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and microwave to facilitate an absolutely carefree vacation.

Free Wi-Fi and private parking are also available. Additional amenities include bicycles, paddle boards, stand-up scooters and child-friendly facilities like a baby cot and high chair.

All bedrooms in the villa have a double bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, extra seating and their own en-suite bathroom for comfort.

Location

The holiday villa is located in a well-serviced location from where the centre of Peroj, the Peroj beach, shops, supermarkets, and bus stops are all within a 10-minute walking distance. Fažana/Peroj is a good departure point for the Brijuni national park, where guests can enjoy the 16-hole golf course, concerts, performances, pebble and rocky beaches, hiking, biking as well as a sports harbour, perfect for surfing. Guided visits arranged (with payment) can be arranged to the island for the guests.

Cosy, quiet resort and bathing resort with 3500 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, directly by the sea, 15 minutes drive from the ancient city of Pula, 30-40 minutes from Rovinj and less than an hour from Poreč. In the resort, guests can easily find all amenities like a supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, and folklore evenings. An indoor aquatic centre and massage are within walking distance. Guests can find more avenues for shopping and entertainment at a 10-15 minute drive from here.

The closest airport (Pula Airport) is approximately a 16-minute drive. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
