✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home. Long-term stays are available.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 5 vehicles in the large driveway.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the home office.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a high chair and a Pack ’n Play (available upon request).

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to all the community amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness center, lake and more. Youll need to pick up the passes/wristbands at Member Services (inside the fitness center). Guests must have the passes on them while on Pocono Farms property. To play on the golf course, you must register through the golf pro shop.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS (POOL & BEACH): 12 people get wristbands. 6 get pool access. Under the age of 6 is free. If you want additional pool access, it is $8 per person. The beach and pool are available seasonally (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and open from 10AM to 6PM. Access to the lake is free for all 12 people.
