The open-concept layout seamlessly combines the living, an office area and the kitchen-dining corner, creating an inviting atmosphere full of natural light.

One of the retreats most impressive features is its location surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and complemented by an equipped outdoor oasis, allowing you to soak up the sun and the pleasant Mediterranean climate. Inside, the house features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances like a dishwasher, oven, toaster, and fridge with freezer. Sleeping

Both bedrooms enjoy a lovely sea view. One has a double bed, and the other has bunk beds.
The bunk bedroom also has a working desk.

Both bathrooms have a shower, WC and bidet.

At a 15-minute drive lies the town of Izola, the ecological Hrastov Park, as well as, the heart of Kopers charming Old Town, where you can explore historical landmarks like the Praetorian Palace and marvel at the grand Titov Square. Meanwhile, for outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Škocjanski Zatok Nature Reserve is an 8-minute drive away, offering birdwatching and scenic hikes along the wetlands.
