Palau Green Village 1 Bedroom - Palau

The Palau Green Village residential complex was conceived with respect for the tradition and architecture of the island. All the apartments are built with the typical Sardinian stone and set in well-kept gardens, created with plants from the Mediterranean maquis and granite rocks from Gallura sculpted by the wind. Pedestrian paths surrounded by greenery connect the apartments to the swimming pool.

The residence is located 500 meters from the center of Palau, 20 minutes by ferry from the island of La Maddalena with its spectacular marine park, and 30 minutes by car from the Costa Smeralda. The beach, just 150 meters away, overlooking the splendid islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena, is surrounded by a thick pine forest with a fitness trail, ideal for walks and outdoor sports.

The comfortably furnished apartments can be on the ground floor with an equipped patio or on the first floor with an equipped balcony. The two-room apartment has a kitchenette, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom.


MANDATORY CHARGES TO BE PAID LOCALLY AT CHECK-IN:

1) FORFAIT: per day per person from 03.06.2023 to 15.09.2023: € 7.00 adults; € 3.00 for children 3/11.99 years, children 0/2.99 years free. Prices include energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and the first supply of bed linen (change of bed linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights).

2) FINAL CLEANING: €70.00. Kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50.00.

3) TOURIST TAX: to be paid on site, in force at the Municipality of Palau. The amount may vary depending on the period.

4) DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).


TO KNOW:

1) Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out by 10:00. Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the structure for the release of the KEY BOX code for the collection of the key. In case of failure to communicate, acceptance is not guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be requested.

2) It is specified that in this complex separate collection is carried out and waste is placed in special containers.

3) The apartments are located in a residential context and the photos are explanatory.


OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE REPORTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:

1) REORDER (excluding kitchenette): € 40.00;

2) HIGH CHAIR/PULLEY: €2.00 per day, per piece

3) FAMILY KIT (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair): € 8.00 per day.

4) BEACH TOWEL: rental € 5.00 per change

5) AMERICAN COFFEE MACHINE: €2.00 per day.

6) COT (for children 0/2.99 years) ON REQUEST: € 5.00 per day, free if brought by the customer.

7) LINEN: bathroom linen rental € 10.00 per set (one set includes shower towel, face towel and guest towel); extra bed linen € 20.00 for double set, € 10.00 for single set.

8) TRANSFER: apt/pt Olbia €100.00 per car for 1/3 pax; €140.00 per car for 4/8 pax. From 22:00 to 06:00 surcharge of 20%. Supplement pt G. Aranci € 30.00 per car. Prices are per way. A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally.
