The holiday apartment is located in a pleasant locality. It is perfect for a beach vacation as it is only 150 meters from the seashore. All the necessary amenities like restaurants, take-outs, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance from the house.

Alassio, the town where the apartment is located, is known for its sandy beaches which are among the longest in the Ligurian region. The restaurants on the beachfront serve delicious food and the opportunity to admire incredible sea views. Besides being a great beach destination with well-equipped and easily accessible beaches, the town also boasts a number of historical and cultural attractions. The famed Muretto di Alassio where there are tiles bearing the signatures of celebrities around the globe is only 500 meters from the house. One of the most popular shopping destinations in the town is Budello di Alassio, a lovely place for exploring cafes, restaurants and artisan shops. The nearest airport to the holiday apartment is Genoa, located about a 90 minutes drive away. A damage deposit of 150EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
