*YOU AS A GUEST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: The renter agrees to save, indemnify and hold harmless the owner, property manager, resort, homeowner’s association, contractors, their respective insurers, and any animals owned by any of those entities for any/all loss, damage, expense, penalty, personal injuries (including death), or loss of property sustained by any person whatsoever as a result of the use of any portion of the premises or surrounding area of the property. The renter assumes full responsibility for all person's entering the premises during the renter's contracted time of stay. Agree to Airbnb's booking and cancelation process, and owner's rules. *NO PETS: ESA's are not allowed at resort. You can and will be asked to be leave by either the property manager, owner, onsite security, or law enforcement if false information has been given. NO refund of any money. You will also be subjected to fines starting at $400.00 per HOA and excessive cleaning fee starting at $250.00 and up. *INSPECT UNIT: You're at the beach! Our cleaners take great pride in their work and you may see, or feel sand. This does not mean that the unit was not cleaned! Sand gets in the crevasses and can be very difficult to remove, even with a vacuum. If the property manager does not hear from the renter by 8pm EST, on the evening of arrival, it will be assumed that the unit is acceptable to the renter and in good condition. If a guest has a cleaning or maintenance issue, they will give the property manager the opportunity to correct the issue in a reasonable amount of time during normal business hours. No compensation will be provided for issues where reasonable efforts have been made to correct the problem, where the guest fails to report the problem in a timely fashion, or where the guest refuses to allow the property manager to correct the problem. *DAMAGED, MISSING, BROKEN ITEMS: Any item that has been broken, misused, damage to furniture or walls, including linens, pillows, bedspreads, towels, that has been stained beyond attempted washes, or ripped, will result in a charge to replace item/items, and/or repair. When booking, you as the guest agree to these terms. A $45.00 charge if TV remote is lost. *DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Any reports of disruptive behavior, loud music, any open flames, slamming of doors/cabinets, smoking, throwing things off the balcony, spitting off the balcony, disorderly conduct, can and will result in eviction by the resort's security, law enforcement and/or eviction by the owner with NO refund of paid rent. Please be respectful of the resort and other guests. Fines by the HOA varies for each occurrence and it will be the responsibility of the guest to pay these fines. *SAFETY & PARKING DECK: Grab a parking pass, DO NOT write on them, and place in vehicle asap. No leaning on balcony railing, lock vehicle and hide all belongings. Owner/property manager is NOT responsible for theft, damage to vehicle, towing charges or unpaid meter parking. No golf carts, trailers, boats, RV's, campers are allowed in parking deck. Vehicles over 7' high will have to park either in the overflow parking deck or on side street and pay meter. Motorcycles are welcomed. Parking for motorcycles are not permitted in main parking deck. You must use the overflow parking deck across the street. *EXTERMINATOR, MAINTENANCE, REAL ESTATE AGENT: You will allow for maintenance, and exterminating to enter unit. Non compliance will result in a $50.00 fee. Exterminating is done once a month and it is imperative that this is done. You will be notified 24 hours prior to any real estate agent that will be showing the unit. *FIREWORKS, GLASS CONTAINERS: NO glass containers in any pool area or on the beach. FIREWORKS ARE ILLEGAL and can result in a hefty fine. There are security cameras throughout the resort, and security monitors the grounds. **EARLY DEPARTURE REFUNDS will not be given. Early refund is only if there is an act of God event, such as hurricane, state of emergency evacuation, or fire. *ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY: We are unable to provide refunds or compensation to guests if you need to cancel outside the timeframe of our cancellation policy. We encourage you to carry travel/personal liability insurance that covers any related personal injury, injury to others, damage or loss of personal property, and any foreseen or unforeseen event that may cause your stay to be shortened or any loss whatsoever to be incurred. It is required that you read, understand, acknowledge and agree to all of the listing rules, instructions, and requirements that are provided in this listing before you book. *NEW RULE OF RESORT: You will no longer be able to hang anything off the balcony railing or and outdoor furniture. Fines starting at $200.00 if there is a report of anything on the railings or outdoor furniture. *CHECK OUT PROCESS: You will receive a message a day before your departure on check out procedures. FREE Parking on premises (parking decals is in our welcome book) *You will have 2 orange parking decals, for two cars only, which can be parked in the parking garage across the walk way of Landmark Resort. Don't forget to fill out information for your stay on parking decals before place them in your cars. If you have more than two cars, you can pay to park outside the resort in the parking meter. Amenities include 17 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, Jacuzzis, and an indoor sauna. 4x Wrist bands will be provided in our welcome book. Let me know if you have extra guests. The wrist bands will allow you to have access to resort amenities including: Fitness Room Game Room Indoor pool, hot tubs and indoor lazy river Outdoor pool and lazy river Laundry room located on the main floor. Two dollars per load for washing, and two dollars per load for drying. Detergent can be purchased in a convenient store on the main floor. Other things to note ★★★Myrtle Beach is perfect for family vacation or romantic getaway.
