On the fifth floor (with lift) of modern development, this apartment sleeps 2 people. The living area is lit by a large window, with beautiful mountain views. The décor is contemporary with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen tv, ample storage, along the back wall, and a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchenette is well equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge and Nespresso machine.

The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

The fully tiled bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

The apartment is in the heart of Chamonix, close to ski lifts, slopes and ski shuttle buses. The slopes are suitable for skiers and snowboarders of all levels.

During the summer months, there are stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, white water rafting, golf, rock climbing, paragliding and horse riding. There is a skateboarding park and tennis courts within 15 minutes of the apartment. Chamonix hosts various festivals throughout the year, including music festivals and a yoga festival. There is always a lot to do, no matter what the season.
The town has many restaurants and bars for all budgets. For self-catering, the weekly market, Saturday morning, in Place du Mont Blanc (5 minutes walk) provides the freshest local ingredients. Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 12-minute drive from the apartment. Whilst Chamonix Aiguille du Midi railway station is just a 5-minute walk.
