Modern and spacious accomodation with a nice seabreeze in a friendly residential area situated 12 minutes away from the airport.

Because the residence is situated roughly in the middle of the island it doesnt take long to drive and reach both sides.

Visit some of the beautiful natural beaches such as Cas abou beach, Porto Marie beach or Daaibooi beach (each a 15+ min drive) or go shopping at the biggest mall on the island (15 min drive) it is all available in a short drive.

The accomodation is modern and is located in a friendly residential area.
It consists of a spacious living room including a dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms, extra storage room, bathroom, spacious porch.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher.
There is a home alarm system available that can be armed.
Next to the default 110 volt power outlets, there are several 220 volt power outlets available.

The residence is a single storey building with its own gate and parking space.

Guests have full access to all areas including storage and laundry room in the backyard containing a washing machine.

House Rules

- No third party bookings

- Security system needs to be enabled before leaving the property.

- No monetary refunds will be given due to closure of local events/establishments/beaches etc. We recommend guests to acquire a travel insurance.

- There is a prepaid utility system installed in most of the houses in Curacao (Pagatinu).
As noted in the listing your stay will include standard electricity consumption of up to 10 Kwh per day. So the system will be charged with at least 10 Kwh x the amount of nights you stay. (Average use for 2 persons should consume about 10kwh a day.)

You can view your current balance from a display in the living room. In the event that you need extra kwh you can tell us so we can buy this for you. We can accept payments for this through AirBnB. You will receive a code which you can use to charge the utility system on the display in the living room.

To give an idea of the costs:
1 kwh costs 0.73 Antillean guilders which is approximately 0.40 USD or 0.35 EUR.

Payment Policy

The tenant will have access to the rented object, if:
- The rental agreement has been completed and signed by the main tenant, and
- The Addendum swimming pool has been completed and signed by the main tenant, and
- A copy of the passport of all staying guests is included, and
- Full payment, including deposit, has been transfered.

Refundable Damage Deposit

For every booked period, a deposit of €300.00 will be paid by the tenant. Refund of the deposit occurs within 7 days after the end of the stay.

The deposit will be charged with the following costs;
- Any damages or missing items
- Leaving after the 11:00 am checkout time without arranging it with us beforehand
- Excessive electricity consumption above 10 KwH per day. Extra consumption will be charged at cost price of € 0.55 per KwH.
- Optional intermediate cleaning; this is a small optional weekly cleaning for rentals longer than 7 nights. € 45,-. (Extra cleaning services are available at an additional cost).

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation conditions are as follows:

Full refund when cancelled within 48 hours after booking (provided that the check-in date is at least 14 days later).

In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs amount to 30% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs amount to 60% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation from the 28th day up to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs amount to 90% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the total travel sum.

In case of cancellation, your deposit will be fully refunded
