An open plan Dining area conveniently complements the Living room, making it ideal for carefree entertaining whilst away. Guests will find the adjoining Kitchen fully equipped with an oven, cooker hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

Situated along ‘Località Pianeggi’, the location of the holiday home places guests within a short 7-minute drive from Caldè; with its picturesque lakeside village piazza, amenities and eateries to enjoy.

Guests are well placed for reaching the resort amenities and Lake Maggiore ferry-train links of Laveno-Mombello (14 minutes’ drive away). The charming resort town of Luino is only 19 minutes’ drive away.

Nearby Ispra (34 minutes’ drive away) offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the DK Summer Club, Active Sport Day excursions and lake swimming spots, whilst the famous ‘Hermitage di S.Caterina del Sasso’ in Reno di Leggiuno is just a 21 minute drive away.

Other local Lake Maggiore highlights include Rocca di Angera castle, the Borromean Islands and the resort towns of Intra, Stresa, Arona and Pallanza.
