Coligny Plaza is located across the street and has 60+ shops and restaurants, live entertainment and a grocery store.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the balcony area. The kitchen has stainless appliances, a Keurig Duo, a Ninja Air Fryer and seating for four. Just beyond the kitchen youll find a dining table with seating for 6.

MASTER BEDROOM
The main bedroom features a plush king bed, flat screen TV, a ceiling fan, access to the balcony and a private bathroom. The en-suite has a large vanity area, walk-in shower and separate garden tub.

GUEST BEDROOM
The guest bedroom features 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.

BALCONY
The covered balcony features a dining table for 4 (ability to expand for 6 seats) as well as an electric grill for BBQing.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
• Laundry - A full-size washer and dryer in available within the condo.
• Beach Gear - The host has provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, beach bag, a beach cart, and a small cooler for guests to use.
• Working Amenities – A fold-up desk is provided for those who need to do a little work while on vacation.
• Family Friendly - This condo is family friendly and offers a pack and play, high chair and children’s books for your convenience when traveling with little ones.


UNBEATABLE LOCATION
North Shore is a beautiful complex with the perfect beach location. Guests can park their car and walk or bike everywhere. Coligny Beach is just a 3-minute walk and has miles of sandy shoes to explore.

The condo is nestled in the vibrant Forest Beach area, also known as Hilton Head’s “downtown”. Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining, entertainment and Hilton Head’s original grocery store, Piggly Wiggly.

Lowcountry Celebration Park is just a short walk and hosts festivals year-round. Its playground includes a play structure designed to mimic Captain William Hiltons ship, which discovered Hilton Head Island. For rainy days, the park features The Sandbox, an interactive childrens museum.

The Tiki Hut – An island icon…Hilton Head’s only beachfront live music venue is just down the boardwalk. The go-to for good times on the island, Tiki Hut has welcomed laid back locals and fun-loving visitors for nearly 50 years. Sink your toes in the sand, listen to live tunes and sip a cocktail or two.

• This villa has parking for two vehicles in the gated garage on the ground floor. Host will provide parking passes for two vehicles. Please park in designated parking areas only.
• The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• The property does not allow pets.
• The pool and spa are seasonal and open in late March and close in mid-October.
• Guests may use the North oceanfront pool at the Sea Crest Complex which is located directly across the street.
• The host requires additional signed Terms and Conditions and will need a valid email address to send guests this information, as well as provide guests their arrival instructions.
• Guests are required to pay a $500 USD Refundable Security Deposit
