Getting around

Upscale quiet and safe neighborhood of Woodland Hills also known as Beverly Hills of San Fernando Valley (next to Hidden Hills and Calabasas, close to Malibu - where celebs live). However, if you need to commute to Downtown, Hollywood or Beverly Hills, it takes 30-90 mins! Plenty of street parking. Great transportation and infrastructure (shopping, restaurants, bars, movies, hiking)
