My Little Castle with Free Waterpark, 2.5 Miles to Disney - Four Corners

We have a security camera/recording device in the front door monitoring only the front door and hallway for your safety. It will be ON and recording during your stay.
Absolutely no pets/animals of any kind permitted.
No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit, outside the unit and/or out on the private balcony.
Maximum Occupancy: Number of guests should not exceed guests noted on reservation
Pass sharing is forbidden. Gate pass is issued against picture ID and should be use by that guest only. Pass sharing is penalized by the Association with a fee of $ 150
The access code to the condo is valid only in the time period according to your reservation. Start time is always at 4:00 PM for check-in date and code will expire at 10:00 AM at check-out date. Please note that any entrance required after check out date/time will be subject to a fee as it will require to have someone coming to the property and might not be immediately possible. Late check outs are only if previously authorized and might be subject to an additional fee.
If you enter the access code incorrectly three times, it will activate door safe mode. This might be subject to a fee ($65). Make sure to follow the door instructions provided to you for check in.
Trash collection procedures are outlined and visible inside the condo. Not following these instructions will incur in additional fees.
Use of Washer/Dryer: Follow the instructions posted on the washer and dryer. Please don't mix in the washing machine white bath towels and bed linens with colored clothes. Any stained towels or linens will be charged against your security deposit.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No excessive noise allowed at any time.
We understand accidents happen, if you break or damage something, please let me know and I will arrange for its replacement or repair. Carpet stains, stickers put on the walls or damages to the walls/paint will be charged against your security deposit.
Excessive cleaning needed after your departure is subject to an additional fee as well.
Any violations of these rules will forfeit the return of your security/damage deposit. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
