Maximum Occupancy:
The property should not be occupied by more people than stated in the booking. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults, with an additional child under 12.

Third-party bookings are not accepted. The person who makes the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

No Parties or Events:
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Your stay will be cancelled with no refund. This includes schoolies, end-of-school groups, or university O-week students.

Parties are strictly prohibited. A party is defined as any gathering with more guests than registered, causing noise or disturbances. If a party occurs, whether shut down or not, a charge of $1,000 per registered guest, plus $1,000 per additional unregistered guest, will apply.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, on balconies, and in common areas. Candles, incense, and any open flames are also not allowed.

Personal Belongings:
The host is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.

Key Replacement:
If you lose or damage the key, there is an $80 replacement fee.
If you lose or damage the garage fob there is a $50 replacement fee
If you lose or damage the fan or tv remote there is a $80 replacement fee

No Climbing on Furniture:
For your safety, please do not climb on furniture or use it improperly.

Safety Hazards:
Be aware of steep stairs and slippery surfaces in wet areas.

Children:
The apartment is not safety vetted for children/babies, you are responsible for your own children/babies at all times. Children must be supervised at all times.

Caution - mask, snorkels, beach toys and Boogie Boards:
For your enjoyment, we provide snorkels and boogie boards. Use of these items is at your own risk. We strongly recommend following all safety guidelines, supervising children closely, and exercising caution at all times. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use, whether at the pool or the beach.

Caution - Use of Portacot and High Chair:
We provide a portacot and high chair for your convenience. Please ensure these items are used according to the manufacturer's instructions and that children are supervised at all times when in use. The host is not liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from their use.

Liability:
By booking this property, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your guests. The host is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during your stay, including those resulting from the use of equipment provided by the host.
