The apartment is conveniently located a block away from the intersection of two main streets: Westminister and Sherbrooke Street. Westminister is a great local neighborhood street to walk on, people watch, grab a coffee and do some basic shopping.

Another local neighborhood that has vibrant nightlife, bars, and restaurants is Monkland, upto the corner of Girouard. This can be reached by bus or a short Bixi bike ride.

This is yet another fabulous street full of cute boutiques, ice cream shops, and little terraces.

Make sure to lock the door as you leave the house.
No smoking in the apartment.
No unauthorized pets or animals of any kind in the apartment.
No shoes in the apartment. Please leave them on the shoe rack near the front door.
There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. You may use the detergent in the cupboard above the dryer.
When showering, please turn on the ventilation fan.
Please leave all cutlery, utensils, and other kitchen items in the kitchen.
No damaging walls or windows.
No alterations, decorations, structural changes or additions to the premises.
No lock shall be changed, nor a new lock installed.
Do not allow in unauthorized persons on the premises.
