Located only two minutes walk from the main street of Lumsden our cozy cottage offers warm, comfortable accommodation in a great location for exploring Southland.

Close to a number of rivers with great fishing spots and the round the mountain cycle trail. You will love relaxing on the sunny deck in the private backyard and there is a BBQ supplied.

Lumsden has a great playground, swimming pool and bike track for the kids. Eat out or self cater in the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations less a 3% service fee up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund less a 3% service fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund less 3% service fee up to 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check in.
