Spacious and comfortable house located within a beautiful 5,000 sqm garden, with a great view of the Villarica Volcano and Panguipulli Lake.
It is located 12 km from the city of Panguipulli, through a paved road to the condominium. In addition, the property has exclusive access (pedestrian and vehicular) to El Monje Beach and Panguipulli Lake.
The house was built in 2011, it is located within a private condominium with controlled access on the banks of the paved road, bordered by native trees and shrubs.
It is fully equipped, with landscaping in its gardens, barbecue area, parking spaces, satellite internet with 100 Mbps (Starlink), childrens games and well water for use and enjoyment during your stay. It has 7 rooms and 5 are distributed as follows:
FLOOR 1:
- Fully equipped kitchen: 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, mixer, bread maker and other appliances.
- Laundry Room: Washing Machine, Dryer, 3 Heaters, Service Patio, Iron and Ironing Table
- 1 Living room with stone fireplace, with independent and individual heating
- 1 dining room for 16 people
- 1 Closed living room with 1 32 Smart TV with DirectTV
- 1 Bedroom (BR1) with 2 single beds and 1 service bathroom
- 1 Bedroom en suite (BR2) with 2 x 1,5 size beds, 1 full bathroom and walk-in closet, which can be connected to:
- 2 Bedrooms (BR3 and BR4) with 2 x 1,5 size beds each with 1 common bathroom
FLOOR 2:
- 1 Bedroom en suite (BR5) with 2 x 1,5 size beds with 1 full bathroom and walk-in closet. In addition, it has a 32 Smart TV, 1 A/C equipment, 1 desk with laser printer, and other desktop items for home office, with views of the lake and the volcano.
- 2 Berooms (BR6 and BR7): 1 Bedroom with 2 x 1,5 size beds and 1 Bedroom with 2 x 1,5 size beds plus 1 single bed (trundle type) with 1 common full bathroom
OUTDOORS:
- Barbecue barbecue area, with rustic furniture and terrace. Gas grill and charcoal grill.
- 1 gas cylinder is left buried, measuring 1,500 liters, and garbage is removed every two days.
- Every room has at least one electric heater that is adjustable and safe.
- Wi-Fi throughout the house with satellite internet (Starlink) with 100 Mbps speed
- Parking for 6 cars.
Visitors will be welcomed by the owners trusted personnel.
The property is completely available to guests where they can explore the surroundings of the lake and forests in the area.
There are 2 people who are able to be called in case a heater or water or gas system fails, and, in addition, the gardener who must enter the outside of the house to water and cut the grass once a week.
The house is located inside the Las Bandurrias and Kupalhue condominiums, with large common spaces, respectful of the environment, annoying noises and healthy coexistence between neighbors.
Panguipulli is a city located 12 KMs away where there are restaurants, cafes and various stores.
You must travel in your own or rented vehicle.
The property has a water heater with a bypass system for safety, a water pump with a hydropack, and a gasoline-powered electricity generator (no microwave or kettles would work).
Access to El Monje Beach is through an exclusive road for the house, through a site that is on the front line and has 40 meters of frontage and you can take different walks from the house: walks, cycling, sailing, fishing, etc.
There are 2 marine anchorages for sailing and motor boats, very safe, available to the renter. Optionally, these services are offered (they are coordinated and paid separately):
- 1 semi-rigid Zodiac-type boat, with a 70 HP motor and complete water ski equipment. The captain must have a Bay Skipper license and prove experience through regular controls of the Chilean Navy
- Horseback riding, riding classes, lamb roasts, trekking, river fishing and other various trips in the area
