A modern mountain retreat, designed by NY architects IDSR architecture. The house is set within the tree canopy of the Catskills. It is situated close to hiking, skiing and fishing destinations. Both Bellayre and Hunter are about 20 miles away.

Please note, there is radiant in floor cooling and a fancoil in the loft in the summer. The house is raised and takes advantage of cross ventilation. We also provide portable tower fans.
The house is of modern design, with materials that resonate with the environment. The large sliding glass windows and the elevated level make you feel like you are in a tree house.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30 years old. Due to local restrictions on short term rentals, the minimum rental term has increased to 30 days to comply with the requirements. Please note that a bi-weekly cleaning is required at minimum. A weekly cleaning can be provided for $100. In addition, guests should expect periodic maintenance during their stay including landscaping, pest control, etc.
