*Check-out is no later than 10 AM
*No third party booking. Third party booking will be evicted. This means you CANNOT book for someone else.

*No smoking/vaping/candles/incense indoors
*No parties/events. No loud noises after 11pm; if guests are found in the unfortunate event of disruption alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with NO refund.
*Late check out fee of $50 for first hour, $100 for subsequent hours.
