Newly remodeled mountain villa located in a quiet neighborhood on Massanutten Resort. Only 1 mile from all resort amenities including the Ski Slopes!!!

LinkD Inn features all new furniture; 3 Kings and 1 Queen, and plenty of off-street parking for at least 4 vehicles. The newly constructed deck offers lots of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining making it the perfect place to enjoy all that the area has to offer.

Our guests will have access to the entire house.

All interaction is done over the phone or via the HOUFY messenger. If there is a need for a physical interaction, our cleaners live close by and can take care of most issues if they arise.

LinkD Inn sits in a fairly secluded and peaceful neighborhood. You will probably see many deer crossing through the yard or driveway during your stay.

LinkD Inn has the capacity to off-street park a minimum of 4 vehicles on the property. Also, if you bring bikes, youll find a great area to explore and or get one heck of a workout if you choose to pedal the mountain.

There are community trash dumpsters located 1 mile away from the property that guests have to take their trash bags to. It is an inconvenience, but due to the nature of the resort and wildlife, outside trash bins are not encouraged. These dumpsters are located in the back of the community pool parking.

Also, Massanutten is a wooded resort and that means it comes with wildlife, especially deer, but also insects. We have our property treated on a regular basis, but it is possible that you will see bugs here and there that have made their way past the pest defenses, or those that didnt and chose to die in plain sight :) We do our best to keep them from being seen but again, it is the woods! This is our largest Bedroom complete with a sitting and hangout area. This bedroom has access to the upstairs deck overlooking the property.

This large bedroom is our travel room. If you're coming from out of state, bring a license plate with you, sign and date it and leave it for us and we'll put it up on the wall of plates!

Bedroom # 2 (Upstairs)

1 king bed

This large bedroom is what we call our Americana Room. We used the Red White and Blue theme for it.

Bedroom # 3 (Downstairs)

1 queen bed

This downstairs bedroom is our smallest bedroom and has an Autumn theme to it with warmer colors. The bed is a raised bed, so high enough off the floor to slide your suitcases underneath.

"PLEASE READ THIS" - This is a No Smoking, No Vaping Home. - We also do not allow parties - We love our animals and have made the decision to make this a dog friendly property for a max of 2 dogs up to 35lbs. - A Pet Fee of $35 per animal per day will be charged for each stay when pets are brought. - Dogs are not allowed to run without being on a leash. - Aggressive Breeds are not allowed at the property. ---COMMUNITY RULES--- - No Open Fires are permitted on the property - Trash must be taken to the Park Dumpster and not left anywhere outside - No Open Alcohol Containers off property - Parking - All tires must be off the roadway. Violators will be towed at the vehicles owner's expense. - Please do not feed the wildlife (raccoons, squirrels, birds, bears, etc.)

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security Deposits are returned immediately after our cleaners give us the all clear or thumbs up on check-out. If there are damages observed, pictures will be taken and sent as proof and sent to the guest.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations outside of 30 days. 50% refund for cancellations between 15 and 30 days. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days.
