There is also a private terrace on the third level with a pool, sun loungers and dining facilities. Inside, the architecture is lively and breathable. The living room has comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 and a children’s corner. It opens into the terrace. The modern kitchen of the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, a coffee machine, an oven and a toaster. It also has a small table for 2 in one of the corners.

The lovely triplex apartment enjoys a great location in Marbella. It is close to the sea coast occupying a very sunny position. Its prime location in the main town area puts the guests close to a variety of restaurants, cafes, tapas bars, shops and supermarkets. One can enjoy safe and hassle-free parking even on the busiest days while exploring the town and its old center.
The town of Marbella hosts tourists and locals to its incredible beaches along its 27 kilometers of coastline. These blue flags bearing world-class beaches are equipped with public baths, showers, sun loungers, and not to forget the chiringuitos. These beaches are known for their unique qualities such as natural beauty, water sports opportunities, family-friendly environment, glamorous beach parties, expensive restaurants and yachts and more, thus, attracting different kinds of crowds. Another tourist hotspot is Old town (5 minutes) which is the historical center of the town. Its cobbled streets, ancient architecture, relaxing and inviting ambiance and various eating places transport travelers to a bygone era.
The paved promenade Paseo Marítimo is a great place to enjoy sunsets and people watching. The town is also rich in museums, historical monuments, art galleries, theatres and golf clubs. The famed Puerto Banus with its glitzy lifestyle, expensive sports cars and yachts and world-class restaurants is only 5 minutes away.
The nearest airport is Malaga International Airport which is about 53 kilometers from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 22nd of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally.
