✹ Entry to the home is via a unique front door access code. This code will also be provided in the check-in instruction message.

✹ Please note that Windsor Island Resort is a gated community, and to gain access, all guests over the age of 18 must be registered. You will need to send us the names of all the adults (over the age of 18), and we will add these names to the front security registration list.

✹ When you arrive, the gate security will ask for a photo ID for all adult guests.

✹ Once you are cleared by the Windsor Island Resort Guest Services, security will provide you with a re-entry pass for the entirety of your stay. This pass lets you use the express entry lane (right side) whenever you re-enter the resort.

Windsor Island Resort is the 4th in the Windsor vacation resort series and boasts bigger and better amenities than ever before! An extravagant modern clubhouse incorporating a large resort style swimming pool with lazy river, slides and childrens water park/splash pad to amuse the young at heart. ✹ Bathrooms - Our bathrooms are fully stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. We also provide toilet paper in every bathroom.

✹ Heated Pool and Spa (not a hot tub) - Relax in our heated pool, maintained at a constant 86 degrees, the perfect temperature for year-round swimming. Additionally, our spa jets are controlled by you! Pool heating is provided free of charge. Please note that in very cold weather (below 55ºF or 13ºC), the pool heater cannot maintain the temperature at 86ºF and will be turned off until the outside temperature is once again above 55ºF or 13ºC. The spa has the same water temp as the pool.

✹ Kitchen – Our kitchen is stocked with high-quality dish and dishwasher detergent, liquid hand soap, garbage bags, and a roll of paper towel for your convenience.

✹ Laundry – Our laundry is stocked with laundry detergent, an ironing board, an iron, and a vacuum, so you don’t have to worry about those items.

✹ Board Games - Spend quality time with the family with our selection of board and card games.

✹ Dress Ups - Let your imagination run wild with our provided costumes.

✹ Pool Towels – We provide extra-large pool towels.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available – a personalized keypad code will be provided.

✹ Windsor Island Resort requires guests 18+ to provide a photo ID with their first and last name to access the gated resort (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc).

✹ Please note that resort hours are subject to change with the season.

✹ Guests are to use bunk beds at their own risk.

✹ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

✹ The swimming pool and spa are professionally cleaned every week. The technician will let themselves into the screened-in area at the back to perform the quick maintenance, and will not need access to the home (normally done on a Friday).

✹ A daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before your check-in, with clean sheets and towels (including pool towels) available in the home. Mid-stay cleaning services may be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. Early check-ins, late check-outs, or both, can be requested. We will accommodate these requests, provided we don’t have a same-day check-in/out as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our meticulous, professional standards.

✹ Please note that the home has an external video doorbell at the front door, a spotlight camera over the pool equipment, and a spotlight camera over the driveway. We do not actively monitor these devices and there are no other cameras at the property.

✹ Please consider protecting yourself with travel insurance, as we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather or travel delays.

✹ A professional pest control company monitors our home. However, Florida has a tropical climate and it’s still possible for insects to intrude on occasion. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for occasional bugs in the house, but rest assured that if any are seen, they will be handled by our pest control company immediately as long as we are notified!

✹ IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our guests, our property, and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations in Florida, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification after booking with us.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be contacted via email and/or text by SUPERHOG to complete the verification.
IMPORTANT: You will also be given the OPTION to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver (just $35). This will cover you in case of accidental damage during your reservation for up to $500 but it completely optional. This will form part of our check-in process. Please make sure you complete this verification prior to your stay.

✹ PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
