The kitchen diner is well equipped for family stays, with a breakfast table, dishwasher and washing machine provided. A spacious master double bedroom is accompanied by a 2nd bedroom with child-friendly bunk beds and a generous family bathroom, with tub and shower tap. Outside, the alfresco dining area on the private balcony is accompanied by the sunny communal garden below, which offers a BBQ area and the perfect setting in which to relax, entertain and play. Off street parking is also readily available.

The 2-storey residence is placed within easy reach of Massarosa town amenities, transport links and a host of local activities, whilst the beaches of Versilia are reachable by car within 15-23 minutes.

Location

The 2-storey residence is located along ‘Via Sarzanese Sud’, 2-3 minutes’ drive/ 15 minutes’ walk away from the local eateries, bus links, train station and amenities of Massarosa.

Placed on the other eastern side of Massaciuccoli Lake (6 minutes’ drive away), guests are situated 15-23 minutes’ drive away from the resort beaches and visitor highlights of Viareggio. Forte dei Marmi is also easily within reach, for day trips and endless beach days (23 minutes’ drive away). The famous city attractions of Lucca and Pisa are 25-30 minutes’ drive away. The world-class tours and attractions of Florence city can also be enjoyed, 1hr 20 minutes’ drive away. For those flying in, the closest international airport is Pisa, 30 minutes’ drive away.
